Thank you for choosing Rapid as your emergency response solution. Please read the following terms carefully before using the system:

• Usage Policy: The system is to be used only for legitimate emergency response purposes. Unauthorized access, tampering with the system, or using it for personal or non-emergency purposes will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action under the Anti-Cybercrime Law of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175).
• Data Privacy: User data is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By accepting these terms, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of your personal data only for legitimate emergency purposes. Your data will be safeguarded against unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
• Liability: The organization is not liable for misuse or failure of the system due to user negligence, unauthorized access, or non-compliance with operational guidelines. In case of any data breach, the organization will take steps to notify users as required by law. However, the organization is not responsible for damages caused by external factors such as system outages or failures caused by force majeure.
• Termination: Any violation of the terms may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice, including cases of resignation or termination of employment. Users found in breach of system usage policies may also be subject to legal action under the Anti-Cybercrime Law (Republic Act No. 10175) and other relevant laws.
• Compliance with Philippine Laws: Users must comply with all applicable Philippine laws, including the Revised Penal Code, the Anti-Cybercrime Law (Republic Act No. 10175), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and other relevant statutes. Any illegal activity conducted through the system, such as hacking, fraud, or data manipulation, will be reported to the authorities, and users will face legal consequences.
• Security of Access Credentials: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Sharing login information or failing to secure access credentials may result in unauthorized use of the system. Users should promptly notify administrators of any suspected security breaches to prevent misuse of the system.
• Monitoring and Auditing: The organization reserves the right to monitor and audit system usage, including access logs, for security and compliance purposes. This includes the right to review user activity for illegal actions or violations of the usage policies. Monitoring is conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act to ensure that no unnecessary privacy violations occur.
• Right to Modify Terms: The organization reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the system after such modifications will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms.
• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the system, including software, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by the organization or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of the system shall be resolved through amicable settlement or, if necessary, through legal action in the appropriate courts in the Philippines. Users agree to abide by the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any related legal matters.
• Changing Username: If you need to change your username, please contact your respective admin. Your admin will assist you in processing the request to update your account information. Please ensure that the new username complies with the system's naming policy.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, please contact your respective administrator to assist with resetting your credentials. Password resets are handled through your station's respective admin team.

Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated without notice in cases of violation of the terms mentioned above, or if the user has resigned or been fired from their role.
